Australia Adult Batch
Bharatanatyam is a classical Indian dance form that originated in Tamil Nadu, a southern state of India. Known for its grace, purity, and expressive storytelling, Bharatanatyam combines intricate footwork, hand gestures (mudras), facial expressions, and rhythmic movements to convey a wide range of emotions and narratives. Traditionally performed by female temple dancers, or devadasis, it has deep roots in Indian mythology, spirituality, and cultural rituals.
